Write Manual

Write posts by hand using Massblogger's built-in editor, then publish directly to WordPress — or save as a draft and let AI finish the job later.

The editor

Find it at Dashboard → Write Manual.

The page opens with a rich text editor. Type your title and body content, then use the toolbar to format headings, bold/italic text, lists, links, and more. Autosave runs continuously so your work is never lost.

Adding images

  • Click the Image icon in the editor toolbar to open the image picker. Browse your Media Library or upload a new file.
  • Set a featured image using the image picker in the right-hand sidebar. You can also crop the image inline before setting it.
  • Use the AI image option to generate a new featured image from a prompt without leaving the editor.

Publishing to WordPress

Once your post is ready, use the right-hand panel to configure publishing options:

  • Select the website to publish to.
  • Assign categories and tags.
  • Fill in the SEO title and meta description (requires Yoast SEO).
  • Toggle internal links to automatically insert links to related posts on the same site.
  • Choose to publish now or pick a future date and time using the Schedule option.

Click the WordPress publish button to push the post live (or as a draft). A success toast confirms the post was created, with a direct link to view it.

AI Edit mode

Click the AI Edit (wand) button to hand the current draft to Massblogger's AI writer. The AI will rewrite or expand the content while preserving your title and structure. This is useful for quickly polishing a rough draft or fleshing out an outline.
