1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Massblogger ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Massblogger is a content management platform that enables users to create, manage, and publish blog content across multiple websites. The Service includes AI-powered content generation, bulk posting capabilities, and integrations with third-party platforms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Massblogger offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance
• Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• 7-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
• Pro-rated Refunds: For annual plans cancelled after 7 days, we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion
• No Refunds: Refunds are not available for consumed usage (tokens, generated content) or after the refund window

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• Your account will revert to the free plan with limited features
• Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

8. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated using our AI features is owned by you. However, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws before publishing.

9. Content Responsibility Disclaimer

No Responsibility for User Content: Massblogger does not review, verify, endorse, or take any responsibility for any content created, generated, modified, or published by users through the Service, including but not limited to AI-generated content, manually written content, or content imported from third-party sources.

User Responsibility: You are solely and fully responsible for all content you create, generate, or publish using the Service. This includes ensuring that your content:

• Is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Does not infringe on intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of any third party
• Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Does not contain defamatory, libelous, or harmful statements
• Is appropriate for your intended audience and platform

AI Content Limitations: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, outdated information, or unintended content. You must review all AI-generated content before publishing and assume full responsibility for any content you choose to publish, regardless of how it was created.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Massblogger harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from content you create, generate, or publish using the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WordPress, Stripe, OpenAI, SerpAPI, PartnerAds, and Adtraction. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend access for violations of these terms

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Massblogger and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Massblogger, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
