Keyword Tracker
The Keyword Tracker shows you which target keyword is assigned to each post and topic, helping you avoid writing two pages that compete for the same search term.
How it works
When you assign a keyword to a post (either manually or through the Topic Generator), it is saved to the tracker. Every keyword can only be used once per website — Massblogger warns you if you try to add a duplicate.
Find it at Dashboard → Keyword Tracker.
Table view vs Tree view
Use the View dropdown to switch between two layouts:
Table view
Every post and topic in a flat grid with columns for Title, Keyword, Type, Pillar reference, Status, and Actions. Best for scanning and bulk-editing.
Tree view
Topics organised into a hierarchy: Master Pillar → Pillar → Cluster. Useful for visualising your content architecture and spotting gaps. Toggle Show headings in the Display menu to reveal the post title alongside the keyword.
Filtering and search
- Use the Status dropdown to show all, only Live posts, or only Unused topics.
- Use the search bar to filter by keyword or article title.
- Switch website using the website selector at the top of the page.
Posts without a keyword
At the bottom of the page, Massblogger lists all published posts that have no keyword assigned. Expand the section and click Add all (or select specific posts and click Add keywords) to open the keyword assignment modal where you can type a keyword for each post in one go.
Bulk actions
Select one or more rows using the checkboxes to reveal a floating action bar at the bottom of the screen. Available actions:
- Move to — reassign selected topics to a different Master Pillar or Pillar. Massblogger automatically adjusts the topic type (pillar → cluster, etc.) to match the target level.
- Delete — removes the keyword association from the selected posts. The posts themselves are not deleted.
