3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and send related information (receipts, invoices)
  • Send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

  • Stripe may collect additional information as described in their Privacy Policy
  • We receive limited payment information (last 4 digits, card type, expiration) for record-keeping

Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

5. Third-Party Services

We share information with the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing - receives payment and billing information
  • OpenAI: AI content generation - receives content prompts (no personal data)
  • MongoDB: Database hosting - stores account and content data
  • Vercel: Application hosting - processes requests and logs
  • WordPress Sites: Your connected sites - receives published content
  • Google: Google sign-in, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics integrations - receives OAuth authorization requests and returns data only for the Google services you connect
  • SerpAPI, PartnerAds, Adtraction: Optional integrations you configure

Each third-party service is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection practices.

6. Google API Services User Data

Massblogger lets you optionally connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics so you can view SEO and traffic data inside your dashboard and use that data to plan, create, and optimize content for your own websites. These integrations are not required to use Massblogger.

When you connect these integrations, Massblogger requests only read-only access:

  • Google Search Console: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly to list verified sites and read search performance data such as pages, queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position
  • Google Analytics: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly to list GA4 properties and read report metrics such as sessions, active users, page views, traffic sources, dates, and page paths

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you request in Massblogger, including dashboards, reports, content recommendations, SEO analysis, and AI-assisted workflows that you initiate. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell Google user data, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

We store encrypted Google access and refresh tokens so you do not need to reconnect each time you use the integration. We may temporarily process Google Search Console and Google Analytics results to display reports, generate recommendations, and troubleshoot the Service. We do not publish your Google data or share it with other users.

You can disconnect Google Search Console or Google Analytics at any time from your Massblogger settings. Disconnecting removes the stored OAuth tokens from our database. You can also revoke Massblogger's access from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Massblogger's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services:

  • Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
  • Content: Retained until you delete it or close your account
  • Google OAuth Tokens: Retained until you disconnect the Google integration, revoke access, or delete your account
  • Google Search Console and Google Analytics Data: Retained only as needed to provide connected features, unless you save reports or generated content that includes this data
  • Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance

After account deletion, we may retain anonymized data for analytics purposes.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

  • All data transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
  • API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel
  • Regular security audits and updates

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
